Certified Translation Services UK

We know that notarial work goes hand-in-hand with legal document translation. So, we’ve made it easy for those who also need sworn, legalised or certified translations and now offer notary translation services!

Notary Services

Certified Translations

Certified translations come with a statement signed by the translator confirming its accuracy and completeness and provides the full details of the person that has carried out the translation.

These are the most common types of translations required by foreign jurisdictions and is also the type of translation normally required for trademark translations.

Sworn Translations

These are quite often required for Spanish documents (but can be required by other Countries too) where no other type of translation will be accepted.  Sworn translations carry a greater degree of legal validity and only certain translators are able to carry out this task.

Document Translation Services

Notarised & Legalised Translations

Notarised translations and legalised translations are terms quite often used by foreign jurisdictions when they require a document to be translated.

Let us know if you need to get your document notarised or legalised when we translate it. We can prepare it so that both the notarial certification and the legalisation are also covered by the translation.

Apostille Translations

An “Apostille Translation” is where the foreign jurisdiction requires your translated document to be Apostilled by the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), which we can arrange for you.

Please select this option and advise us on which service level, for the Apostille that you require.

Professional Translations

Quite often, whilst a specialist translation is not required, it is necessary for some documents to be translated in a language that is recognised in that Country.  For example, an English birth certificate is quite commonly needed to be translated into a language of a Country in which it is to be relied upon.

Next Day & Same Day Translation

We understand the need for urgent translations of some documents to be required and we therefore have 3 levels of service which you can opt for including a 24 hour translation service.

You are in control of the type of translation and level of urgency you require.  Simply make the selection that suits you and leave us to do the rest.
