Online Notary & E-Apostille Services
More and more Countries are accepting e-apostilles (electronic apostilles) meaning you can now get apostilles online! We also offer e-notary services for eligible documents.
As an online notary, we are proud to provide FCDO-registered electronic apostille services and remote notarisation. It’s faster and can be done from the comfort of your home but is not available for all document types or accepted by some recipients.

Electronic Apostille Notary
We are registered with the FCDO for e-apostilles. Our e-notarised documents are applied using QES (Qualified Electronic Signatures) which means your documents will be in a fully acceptable format.
We can provide you with an accurate quote on the same day as your enquiry and get the e-apostille to you on the next day! So, if you need an apostille urgently, this is a great solution as long as the recipient accepts electronic apostilles.
How To Get An Apostille Online
Our e-apostille service makes the process incredibly easy and fast. Here’s how you can get your e-apostille online:
- Obtain confirmation from the recipient that they will accept an e-Apostille.
- Email us a copy of the document (and post the original hardcopy to us (if applicable)).
- Advise us of any applicable deadlines.

Online Notary Service
Many documents require a Notary Public to meet with you in person. Usually when you’re required to sign before the Notary. But, some documents may be notarised remotely (online notarisation), without the need of you being present.
Examples of documents which can be e-notarised remotely without your presence are:
- Educational Certificates obtained from a UK University/College/School;
- Medical Reports
- Employment Letters
- Company Constitutional documents
- ISO certifications
Please note, depending on the type of document, we may still need to see the original hardcopy for verification. We use secure, tracked courier services to ensure your documents are transported safely.


E-Apostille Restrictions
Please note that you CANNOT obtain an e-Apostille for:
- Any GRO (General Register Office) related documents such as birth/death/marriage/civil partnership/adoption certificates/certificates of no impediment
- ACRO police certificates for England and Wales
- Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificates for England and Wales
- Disclosure certificates for Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Fingerprint certificates
- Membership certificates for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

What Do I Need to Bring to a Notary Appointment?
Bring all documents/correspondence relating to the matter including any instructions that it came with from the foreign jurisdiction.
Please do not sign the documents prior to the appointment.
Your ID’s (1x photo ID e.g. passport/driving licence and 1x address ID’s e.g. a utility bill/bank statement (no more than 3 months old). If you cannot present any ID documents, I will probably not be able to proceed with your matter.
Any emails received on this matter should be forwarded to me by email prior to our appointment including any contact details of the foreign recipient.
Please advise in advance if the document is in a foreign language and which one.
