Spanish Power of Attorney
These documents are normally in dual language with English wording in one column and Spanish in the other.
The Spanish Consulate often have strict guidelines on the NIE number for the applicant to have been previously obtained and inserted into the document and for the applicant’s full passport copy to also be notarised and attached to it.
Your Spanish Power of Attorney will be notarised and sent off for an Apostille the same day and can be delivered directly to your lawyer in Spain with full tracking details provided for your peace of mind.
On most occasions, the entire process, from door to door, will take place within 1 working week. A scanned copy of the final Spanish Power of Attorney document will also be emailed to you upon its departure.
Spanish Apostille Services
Spanish documents almost always require an apostille and we can handle this for you. Since Spain is a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, the apostille alone is sufficient. Documents do not need to be legalised at the Spanish Consulate.

Spanish documents are often required to be translated from English to Spanish or Spanish to English, both of which can be arranged by us. We offer both certified Spanish translation and sworn Spanish translation services for your documents.
As Spain is party to the Hague convention, we also offer to help get your Spanish legal documents apostilled for after the translation.

What Do I Need to Bring to a Notary Appointment?
Bring all documents/correspondence relating to the matter including any instructions that it came with from the foreign jurisdiction.
Please do not sign the documents prior to the appointment.
Your ID’s (1x photo ID e.g. passport/driving licence and 1x address ID’s e.g. a utility bill/bank statement (no more than 3 months old). If you cannot present any ID documents, I will probably not be able to proceed with your matter.
Any emails received on this matter should be forwarded to me by email prior to our appointment including any contact details of the foreign recipient.
Please advise in advance if the document is in a foreign language and which one.
